Unable to open cases in Time Matters

Solution #1 - Delete and recreate the Configuration File that stores the List settings.

  1. Verify you have your Time MattersĀ® login information.
    Note: Deleting the below file will unsave your login information and prompt you to enter it again on launch.
  2. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
  3. Type "%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\LexisNexis"
  4. Click OK to open the Windows Explorer.
  5. Double click the Time Matters [X] folder.
  6. Right click on the TMUser.ini file and select Delete.
  7. Click Yes to delete the TMUser.ini file.
    • The configuration file is automatically recreated with default window location data.
  8. Log back into the Time MattersĀ® software and make sure this list now works properly.
