Unable to open cases in Time Matters
Solution #1 - Delete and recreate the Configuration File that stores the List settings.
- Verify you have your Time MattersĀ® login information.
Note: Deleting the below file will unsave your login information and prompt you to enter it again on launch. - Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
- Type "%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\LexisNexis"
- Click OK to open the Windows Explorer.
- Double click the Time Matters [X] folder.
- Right click on the TMUser.ini file and select Delete.
- Click Yes to delete the TMUser.ini file.
- The configuration file is automatically recreated with default window location data.
- Log back into the Time MattersĀ® software and make sure this list now works properly.
