Unable to activate Office
Issue(s):
- Unable to activate Office. Office keeps signing in with an unwanted account.
- Outlook keeps prompting for password
Resolution:
- Disconnect from Azure
Windows - Settings > Accounts > Your info - See attached (User was signed into the Azure account.) - Reboot
- Sign out of Office
Note: 'Access Work or School' should still be connected to Office 365 - see attached.
