Jump Cloud Agent Not Reporting
Symptoms (Windows 10):
- Jump Cloud agent stops reporting to portal
- Jump Cloud 'service' no where to be found
Resolution
- Disable Windows Security
- Disable Windows Defender - Use Local Group policy, otherwise future updates may re-enable
- Delete existing system in portal
- Uninstall and reinstall Jump Cloud agent
- Agent shows up as a new system
- Configure

If that doesn't resolve (i.e. if Jump Cloud agent is not found in 'Services)
- Open jumpcloudscript.txt in NotePad
- Replace 'Key' with customer key
- Save notepad
- Copy contents
- Open Power Shell (As Administrator)
- Paste and run
