Jump Cloud Agent Not Reporting

Symptoms (Windows 10):

  • Jump Cloud agent stops reporting to portal
  • Jump Cloud 'service' no where to be found

If that doesn't resolve (i.e. if Jump Cloud agent is not found in 'Services)

  • Open jumpcloudscript.txt in NotePad
  • Replace 'Key' with customer key
  • Save notepad
  • Copy contents
  • Open Power Shell (As Administrator)
  • Paste and run
