HotDocs: DDE Connection to Acrobat failed

Issue:

When printing from HotDocs (using printer button), Acrobat opens, pauses, and genertaes an error code of 'DDE connection filed to Acrobat failed'


Resolution:

  1. Click on File
  2. Select Send Document To
  3. Select Adobe Acrobat 11
