CloseIT: Troubleshoot VPN Issue

Issue:

  • When CloseIt slows down or crashes in Suite 305/302

Resolution:

  • Check internet (FiOS primary) in Suites 308 (Main Office), 302 (Conference) and 305 for issues
  • Have all remote users (Suite 302/305) save any close any open documents/programs
  • Reboot remote users and don't sign in (ensures all connections over VPN are closed
  • Untangle: Disable (uncheck) VPN Tunnel in each location (Save) then re-enable (Save)
  • May need to reboot remote desktops (Suites 302/305) again (resolve potential DNS resolution issues)
  • Note: Turning on/off WireGuard App will not resolve issue
