Malwarebytes: Troubleshoot Slow Performance (Remove Business Edition)

To perform a clean fresh installation on the server, I would like to ask you to run out support tool for business products and follow the steps that are provided in the article, so it will clear all possible files from the system and then we can perform a new tests.

Check all steps that are provided in the article for the support tool and run all of them on the affected machine.

Skip the part of downloading it from the article, as the latest version attached to the email.

After the process, please make sure that the folders mentioned below are removed from the machine, if not please delete them manually:
  • C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent
  • C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent
  • C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes
  • C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes

Download fresh install from the Nebula Cloud portal and perform a new installation.

Create a new policy without 'web protection' and 'behavior protection' enabled.
