Here's how to create a distribution list on G-Suite

1. Admin Console
2. Create a Group
3. Click on the Group in the Admin Console
4. Click on Settings, then Access Type
5. On the check boxes, please check the one on 'Publish Posts for Externals'
6. Save the changes
