LogMeIn: Users unable to print
Issue:
User is unable to print using LogMeIn, but is able to print locally.
Steps:
- Under the LogMeIn 'options' menu, remote printing, uncheck the user's printer
- Download and transfer the file below to the user's host (office) computer desktop
- Right-click and 'run as administrator' (Restarts the printer spooler service on the host machine)
- Under the LogMeIn 'options' menu, remote printing, check the user's printer
- See if it prints
