LogMeIn: Users unable to print

Issue:
User is unable to print using LogMeIn, but is able to print locally.

Steps:

  1. Under the LogMeIn 'options' menu, remote printing, uncheck the user's printer
  2. Download and transfer the file below to the user's host (office) computer desktop
  3. Right-click and 'run as administrator' (Restarts the printer spooler service on the host machine)
  4. Under the LogMeIn 'options' menu, remote printing, check the user's printer
  5. See if it prints
