Best Practice to Off-Board a User
The proper way to off-board a user to:
1.Delete the system in question from the portal
2.Delete the user from the portal
Note: If the user is bound to any other resources via JumpCloud that they will also be suspended, disable, or locked out of that resource such as with G Suite or Office 365.
