NOTE: May need to run twice if re-installation fails.


FRST Logs

Please get me the FRST logs and verbose installer log


FRST

  1. Download FRST for 64-bit Windows: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mbst-frst64 and save it to a Flash Drive.
  2. Move the Flash Drive to the infected system. (FRST can be launched from the Flash Drive)
  3. Right-click the program and choose to Run as Administrator.
  4. Once the program opens, click Scan. This will take several minutes to complete.
  5. You will get two pop-ups that FRST.txt and Addition.txt have been created on the Flash Drive, you can close them when they appear.

Verbose Installer Logs:

msiexec /i "C:\Users\administrator\Downloads\Setup.MBEndpointAgent.x64.msi" /lv %userprofile%\desktop\MBInstallVerbose.txt


Uninstall Endpoints in OneView

Mac

To uninstall the Mac Endpoint Agent via the Cloud Console do the following:

Navigate to-> Endpoints-> Manage Endpoints-> Tick the box in front of the online Endpoint-> Upper right corner -> Delete

If the Endpoint is offline and not reporting into the Cloud Console run the following command to force uninstall the Agent:

sudo "/Library/Application Support/Malwarebytes/Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent/EndpointAgentDaemon" -uninstall
